Meetings are open to the public and are held the second Tuesday of each month at 4:30 PM (note: new time and new rotating location) at City Council Chambers in City Hall (100 N. Fifth Avenue) or in the 7th Floor Conference Room of the City Center Building (220 E. Huron Street). See our meeting schedule for each month's location.
